Meet Jordan
I'm a Division 1 baseball player and a fitness enthusiast. Growing up I kept being told I needed to put some meat on my bones. That's what got me training.
As my body changed, my mindset followed. The gym made me better on the field and the field made me tougher in the gym. You have to get comfortable being uncomfortable. That's where the growth is, and showing people how fitness builds both physical and mental strength is the whole point of what I do.
Baseball has been my thing since I was four. I play shortstop, I've played in front of top scouts, and after a few setbacks I earned a spot with the New York Knights semi-pro team. Persistence opens doors.

Legs · Kettlebell
Kettlebell Pistol Squat
Hardest leg exercise in the library. Hold the bell at your chest, it actually helps you balance.
